Please verify that you have at least Acrobat Reader 5.0 it's a free download at www.adobe.com. Once you have Acrobat Reader installed you want to "Right Click" on the link and do a "Save As" to save the document onto your computer hard drive. Then you can open the file from where you saved it on your computer hard drive. PDF's that give problems sometime work better that way because instead of Acrobat opening the file within your internet browser window it opens the Acrobat program itself.
